If you want top dollar, you have to present your home in tip-top shape.
Home Staging is a psychological method of increasing the value of a home through strategic interior decorating. We focus on hiding imperfections or flaws through beautifully curated furniture, accessories, and art to create a lifestyle approach sure to garner strong offers.
"Randy was excellent with space, color, and materiality. We really appreciated his attention to detail, willingness to incorporate feedback, and flexibility to allow for emerging possibilities. The end result was imaginative and far beyond the sum of the individual parts. We sold our house for well above what we would have otherwise thanks in large part to his vision and touch."
- Kevin W., East Austin Seller

How Does Staging Work?
STEP 1: CONSULTATION
We start with a $150* consultation so that we can see the home, take measurements and photos, and ensure that we have the necessary furniture to get the job done. Every home has its own unique character and we always want to honor that.
STEP 2: AGREEMENT AND INVOICE
Once we confirm that we can do the job, we will send over our Agreement and Invoice. Agreement & Payment is requested no later than 5 business days before the staging job begins.
STEP 3: PREP DAY
Our talented designers start curating furniture, decor, and artwork to best suit the home.
STEP 4: STAGE DAY
We require 1 day for Supplemental Staging, 2 days for Partial Staging, and 3 days for Full Staging. Stage days need to be uninterrupted meaning no other contractors, homeowners, etc.
STEP 5: MARKETING
Once we finish staging we like to take our own photos and videos to market your property on our social media channels. We have a large REALTOR® audience that follow us on Instagram and we use that to our advantage.
STEP 6: DESTAGE
Typically most REALTOR®s wait until the home has completed inspection and is out of the option period before giving us thumbs up to start destaging.
